This series is professionally produced filmed in high definition and with quality lighting and sound. It is a 2 DVD set in one case. The first DVD is 80 minutes and is a live seminar loaded with valuable instruction. As always, Tim demonstrates everything he teaches. DVD 2 is a combined studio/seminar format in which Tim focuses his Enhancement ideas on Kenpo weapons defenses. DVD 2 is also 80 minutes long.
